Holocron is built in two layers. The Compliance Layer ensures you meet legal requirements—attendance records, incident logs, staff procedures—without extra work. The Intelligence Layer surfaces calibrated patterns from your data: when you peak, where incidents cluster, which nights made money and why. Free tier for artists, promoters, and security means the whole operation is on the same system.

For venues under 300 capacity across Scotland.

Venues run on clickers, notebooks, WhatsApp threads, and spreadsheets. Holocron consolidates attendance, incidents, guest lists, ticketing, and settlements into one record. Artists know if their advance is final. Security logs feed directly into compliance records. Settlements are visible to both sides instantly — one record, no reinterpretation.
